The Charting assistant integrates time series data, event data, and Knowledge Graph relationships into one chart interface. You can use the Charting assistant to design custom charts from scratch and manipulate them via natural language.
You can plot one or multiple assets on the chart, and can plot any return-based metric. You can input your own time series, or let Terminal find a date for you.
The Charting Assistant also responds to previous prompts in Alfred. Once you've created a chart in Alfred, you can also manipulate the chart using follow up prompts such as "slide this chart back one year" or "change the timeframe on this chart to 2 months".
Chart Prompt Examples
Test out these prompts in Alfred to see Chart in action:
- plot artificial intelligence stocks since the launch of chatGPT
- plot oil prices since Russia's invasion of Ukraine
You can access Charting by navigating to the Chart tab on the left sidebar of Terminal, or by starting a prompt with the word plot or chart in the chat bar at the bottom of Terminal.
