To get the most out of TOGGLE, you can connect to your broker.
By connecting, all your positions will be pulled in automatically, and you’ll get alerts when TOGGLE finds insights you should know about.
TOGGLE supports most brokers in the US & Canada, including the large providers like Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, TradeStation, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, SoFi, and Charles Schwab, and we are continuously adding support for new brokerage houses.
TOGGLE typically uses Plaid to link your broker account. Plaid is an aggregation provider that sits between TOGGLE and your broker, providing the infrastructure to every broker in a secure manner. In addition to Plaid, TOGGLE has a direct integration with Interactive Brokers.
When you connect a portfolio you are presented with a form to enter your credentials. Depending on which connection button you’ve pressed, this form is controlled by either Plaid or Interactive Brokers. TOGGLE doesn’t control or have access to this form. This is an important security feature - because of this, TOGGLE will never be able to see your credentials.
Once you have authenticated, TOGGLE receives a token that can be used to import your holdings.
How many portfolios can I connect?
You can connect as many portfolios as you would like to (with a paid subscription), with any brokers that are enabled through Plaid or direct integration.
How to connect your portfolio
Go to Settings (in the top right corner of toggle.ai) -> Connect a Portfolio -> Choose between linking to Interactive Brokers or Plaid for external brokers
