Where can I find my holdings?
The MY TOGGLE page keeps a record of notifications for insights that you received in your inbox and push notifications on your mobile app.
You may notice notifications for assets that are no longer on your watchlist/in your portfolio and wonder, why? Think of My TOGGLE as a text message inbox. Even if you delete someone as a contact, their texts still remain in your inbox for record keeping
Unmapped Securities
After connecting a portfolio, you may get a warning that not all of your positions have been mapped.
This can happen for a couple of reasons:
- TOGGLE doesn't yet cover the asset
- TOGGLE is having issues mapping the security
If you go through the mapping workflow, correcting the unmapped assets, TOGGLE will be alerted and work toward adding the new data / fixing any mapping issues.
Assets highlighted in red
If you find an asset that is highlighted in red - it is currently not available in our TOGGLE database (yet). In order to inform the team, you can report the missing ticker using the “let us know” option in the search bar or send an email to support@toggle.ai.
