Lastly, Toggle obtains its macroeconomic data from the St. Louis Fed's Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED). FRED is an online database containing thousands of economic time series, collected from international, governmental and non-governmental sources. What types of data are looked at/for what asset classes?
Toggle's primary objective is to help investors extract insights from a vast universe of fundamental and market data. We look at a wide range of data: macroeconomic data such as inflation, job growth, policy decisions and other measures of economic activity. Further, we analyze company fundamentals like earnings, sales, as well as expectations of those metrics by Wall Street analysts. Last but not least, we look at a long list of price-driven data from valuation, momentum, etc. for every asset covered by Toggle.
